These terms govern your use of the Anata Fulfillment website (anatafulfillment.com) and the anata Shipping OS customer portal. Fulfillment services are provided under a separate Fulfillment Services Agreement signed at the time of onboarding.

1. Use of the site

The content on this site is for informational purposes only. Pricing published here is indicative; final pricing is governed by the Fulfillment Services Agreement.

2. Customer portal

Access to anata Shipping OS is granted only to authorized representatives of active Anata Fulfillment customers. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Intellectual property

The Anata name, the anata Shipping OS product, and all related marks, software, and content are the property of Anata Inc.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anata Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
